		<description>I am not A profesional;Although I collect some;If the coin actually left the U.S. mint in that condition,it is called an error coin; Can be worth much or only melt price; Check with A dealer directly,do not mail it! D0-not sell it until sure Most dealer`s only offer half of what it is worth to him[in my opionion] Do not mail even if heavly insured; If it is returned, it may be some kind of mix up&amp; not receive same coin;LUCK TO YA=J.E.S.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s like a double-strike, the first strike was a duplicate of the front side of the coin, so it was put through again to strike the obverse. I would think that would be worth quite a bit as it&#039;s a rare occurance.</description>
