Some have brought prices into the thousands of dollars. You should contact several professional numismatists (coin dealer or collector) and ask them questions if you are contemplating buying or selling one. Be sure to check their fees first. Another route is to find a book on silver dollar collecting from a local bookstore or library.

it dependes on who graded it , if it was graded by ngc, anacs, or pcgs (the three “top tier ” grading companies) it might be worth somewhere in the 11,000 dollar range….
check out this site http:/www.pcgs.com and look at price guide
again , it really does matter who graded it and and what the real condition is./
coins are graded on a scale of 1 to 70 with 1 the worst and 70 the very best.
just because it says ms-67 on its case doent mean it is unless it is graded by one of the top tier grading sevices.
