The 1889 Morgan dollar at this time has a value of $14.50 to $18 in the circulated grade range from Very Good to Almost Uncirculated. That is about what a coin dealer will pay. It is a common date dollar. The CC (Carson City) and S (San Francisco) ones command a much higher value. The mint mark if any is on the eagle side near the bottom under the wreath.
